Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 3 years of recent CVOR experience
• Experience with both scrubbing and circulating in the operating room
• Strong clinical judgment in a surgical, cardiac OR, or perioperative environment
• Ability to work comfortably in a high-acuity, team-based healthcare setting
• Availability for weekend, holiday, and on-call shifts as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing support in the cardiac operating room
• Scrub and circulate for cardiovascular surgical procedures
• Prepare the OR and support a safe, efficient surgical workflow
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiology, and perioperative team members
• Maintain a sterile field and uphold best practices for patient safety
• Respond effectively to the demands of complex cardiac procedures
