• Facility Environment: 7 operating rooms, 1:1 patient care ratio, Meditech EHR

Job Requirements

• Active RN license eligible for practice in West Virginia
• Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room nurse experience
• Experience circulating in specialties such as General Surgery, GYN, Vascular, Orthopedics, Urology, Podiatry, and DaVinci robotic cases
• Current ACLS, BLS, NIH, and PALS certifications
• OR scrub and circulator experience preferred
• CNOR certification preferred
• Strong communication skills and a professional, collaborative approach
• Ability to adapt to a busy surgical environment and float as needed within the department

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality circulating nurse support in the Operating Room
• Assist with a wide range of surgical cases, including general, gynecologic, vascular, orthopedic, urologic, podiatric, and robotic procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and perioperative team members to ensure smooth case flow
• Maintain patient safety, sterility, and efficient workflow throughout the surgical experience
• Support call coverage and weekend coverage as scheduled
• Document care accurately in the electronic health record
• Contribute to a positive team environment focused on excellent patient outcomes
