Job Requirements

• Active RN license in good standing
• 3+ years of OR Circulator experience preferred
• Ability to position patients, prep for surgery, and monitor equipment throughout procedures
• Experience supporting orthopedic surgery, plastic surgery, and podiatry procedures preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability in a busy surgical environment
• Comfortable participating in call coverage as needed

Responsibilities

• Circulate in the operating room and support safe, efficient surgical workflow
• Position patients appropriately and assist with surgical prep before procedures
• Monitor equipment and maintain awareness of patient safety throughout the case
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists to ensure smooth case progression
• Support a variety of procedures, including total joints, hip replacements, lower-extremity surgeries, plastics, breast reconstruction, and robotic surgery cases
• Participate in call coverage and provide dependable support when needed
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented surgical services culture
