• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,260 - $2,380
• Charting System: Epic
• Patient Ratio: 1:1
• On-Call: Required
• Weekend Coverage: One weekend per month

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 2 years of CVOR or cardiac surgery experience
• Cardiac scrub experience required
• Current BLS certification
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Proficiency with Epic charting
• Strong knowledge of sterile technique, surgical workflow, and cardiovascular procedures

Responsibilities

• Provide scrub and circulator support during cardiovascular surgical procedures
• Respond to cardiac emergencies and assist with urgent operative needs
• Prepare and maintain a safe, sterile operating room environment
• Support procedures such as CABG, valve replacements, aneurysm repairs, and LVAD-related cases
• Assist with administration of blood and blood products as clinically indicated
• Ensure accurate documentation in Epic and uphold universal protocol standards
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and the perioperative team to deliver exceptional patient care
