Job Requirements

• Active Maine RN license
• Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg RN or telemetry nursing experience required
• BLS and ACLS required within 30 days of hire
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• MOAB or CPI certification preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work night shifts

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to Med/Surg and cardiac progressive care patients
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor for changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments according to policy and clinical standards
• Collaborate closely with charge nurses, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner in the electronic medical record
• Respond effectively to evolving patient needs in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Support a team-focused environment centered on compassionate, patient-first care
