• Shift Duration: 12-hour shifts
• Hours Per Week: 36 hours total, 3 shifts per week
• Schedule: Day shift, with coverage patterns that may include every 3rd weekend, every other holiday, and one call per schedule period
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,530 - $2,660
• Unit Highlights: 24/7 Operating Room coverage with a broad range of surgical specialties

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 2 years of inpatient Operating Room experience
• Scrub experience required
• Level 1 trauma experience preferred
• Competency in at least 5 surgical service lines preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Strong communication skills and a flexible, positive attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced perioperative and surgical environment

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing support in the Operating Room across a variety of surgical cases
• Assist with procedures in general, gynecologic, genitourinary, oral, otolaryngology, bariatric, orthopedic, neurological, vascular, thoracic, cardiac, plastic, podiatric, robotic, pediatric, trauma, and spine services
• Deliver safe, efficient scrub support and maintain readiness throughout surgical cases
• Adapt quickly to changing case volume and floating needs within surgical services
• Communicate clearly with surgeons, anesthesia, and perioperative team members
• Contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered surgical care environment
