Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio or a compact state license in hand at the time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of combined permanent experience in the Operating Room specialty
• OR circulator experience required; scrub experience preferred
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
• References from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty are required
• Certifications must be active and in hand at the time of submission
• Must complete required assessments during orientation and meet passing standards
• COVID-19 and flu vaccination requirements apply, with only approved medical or religious exemptions

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled circulating RN support in the operating room
• Assist surgical teams in delivering safe, efficient, and patient-centered perioperative care
• Support surgical procedures with strong attention to detail and sterile technique
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and perioperative staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established OR protocols
• Contribute to a smooth workflow throughout the surgical day
• Deliver compassionate care while helping ensure excellent patient outcomes
