Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of combined permanent experience in the specialty
• CVOR experience preferred
• Experience circulating open heart cases preferred
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio or a compact license in hand at time of submission
• Current AHA BLS certification required
• One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty from the past 12 months
• Required certifications must be active and in hand at submission
• Ability to complete ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate during orientation
• Must be comfortable with compliance and onboarding requirements for a travel healthcare assignment

Responsibilities

• Circulate cardiovascular and open heart surgical cases in a fast-paced OR environment
• Support surgeons and the perioperative team with safe, efficient patient care
• Maintain sterile technique and uphold operating room best practices throughout procedures
• Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in the surgical setting
• Collaborate closely with the care team to ensure smooth case flow and positive outcomes
• Participate in call coverage as scheduled and provide reliable support when needed
• Contribute to a professional, team-oriented environment focused on quality patient care
