Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience required
• Active Ohio RN license or compact RN license in hand at time of submission
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• References from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty are required
• Certifications must be active and unexpired at the time of submission
• Ability to successfully complete required onboarding assessments during orientation
• Open to night shift scheduling and a travel nursing assignment

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill adult patients in the ICU
• Monitor patient status closely and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical best practices
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support patient recovery
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold unit standards for safety and quality
• Support a patient-focused, team-oriented critical care environment
