• Position: Travel Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN)
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing
• Location: Everett, WA 98201
• Start Date: 10/12/2026
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Schedule: 3 shifts per week; 36 hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,160 - $2,270
• Orientation: 40 hours
• Clinical Setting: High-risk perinatal care, including labor, antepartum, postpartum, and triage support
• Weekend Coverage: Required
• Float Requirement: Required to postpartum

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required; compact license must be in hand at submission if applicable
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate or Relias Fetal Monitoring
• Strong sterile vaginal exam (SVE) experience required
• Epic charting experience required
• Ability to work in a high-acuity, fast-paced women’s health and perinatal care environment
• Experience with high-risk deliveries, postpartum nursing, and fetal monitoring preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in labor, antepartum, postpartum, and triage
• Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Assist with vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, and post-operative recovery
• Support newborn care, including assessment, thermoregulation, and feeding support
• Administer medications, IV therapy, blood products, and other ordered treatments
• Perform and document assessments, including fetal monitoring and labor progress
• Educate and support patients and families throughout the birth experience
• Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia, surgical techs, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain a safe, organized, and compassionate environment of care
