Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Strong clinical assessment, monitoring, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced acute care and hospital setting
• Comfort collaborating with physicians, charge nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to ICU patients with varying levels of acuity
• Monitor vital signs, lab results, and patient conditions closely, escalating concerns as needed
• Administer medications and treatments according to established care plans and hospital protocols
• Support timely interventions and help maintain a safe, stable patient environment
• Document patient care accurately in the medical record and communicate effectively with the care team
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care throughout the travel nursing assignment
