Candidates should be comfortable supporting a busy procedural setting and providing compassionate, efficient care for patients undergoing a variety of endoscopic and surgical procedures in a hospital or surgery center environment.

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent experience in GI lab, OR, or Endoscopy preferred/required
• Prior hospital or surgery center experience required
• Experience with endoscopic procedures including EGD, colonoscopy, ERCP, and bronchoscopy
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced perioperative and procedural environment
• Strong communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and patient care skills

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, efficient perioperative nursing care in the OR and endoscopy setting
• Assist with a variety of GI and surgical procedures, including advanced endoscopy cases
• Support pre-procedure, intra-procedure, and post-procedure patient care
• Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia providers, and procedural teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold infection prevention, sterile technique, and safety standards
• Deliver compassionate patient care while helping patients feel informed, prepared, and supported throughout their visit
