Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license
• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room nursing experience
• PeriOp 101 completion required
• Orthopedic and trauma experience required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in a surgical environment
• Ability to work assigned call shifts and holiday coverage
• Comfort working in a fast-paced perioperative and surgical care setting

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, efficient nursing care in the Operating Room
• Support surgical cases with a focus on orthopedic and trauma procedures
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical team members
• Maintain a strong focus on patient safety, sterile technique, and workflow efficiency
• Respond to call coverage responsibilities and assist with holiday staffing needs
• Contribute to a positive, high-energy OR team environment
• Deliver high-quality perioperative support throughout the surgical case lifecycle
