Job Requirements

• 3 years of ICU experience required
• Acute care hospital experience required
• Ability to float between multiple critical care and intermediate care units as needed
• Experience with ICU-level patient care, including sedated, intubated, and vasopressor-dependent patients
• EPIC experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
• Flexibility to adapt to changing assignments within the same shift

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to ICU patients across multiple units within the float pool
• Care for patients in MICU, SICU, Neuro ICU, Cardiac ICU, CTICU, and intermediate care settings based on experience
• Monitor patient status, administer medications, and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support safe, effective patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical protocols
• Deliver compassionate care while adapting to varying patient needs and unit workflows
• Support a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellent patient outcomes
