Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience
• Epic electronic medical record experience required
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and maintain 36 hours per week
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to follow facility dress code and unit expectations

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality care to Medical/Surgical patients
• Monitor patient status, assess needs, and respond to changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans and protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes
• Accurately document care and patient progress in Epic
• Support patient education, discharge planning, and continuity of care
• Maintain professionalism, reliability, and a strong focus on patient safety
