• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,460 - $1,540
• Weekends: Rotating weekends
• EMR: Meditech
• Floating: May float to other ICUs, PCU, and BMT

Job Requirements

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU nursing experience required
• Strong experience titrating drips and caring for ventilated patients
• Experience with BiPAP patients preferred
• ACLS and BLS required
• Comfort working in a fast-paced critical care environment
• Compassionate, team-oriented approach with strong rapport-building skills

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care for critically ill patients in an ICU setting
• Monitor patient status and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Titrate drips and manage ventilated and BiPAP patients as needed
• Perform total patient care including turning, dressing changes, and trach care
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record
• Support safe, efficient, and compassionate care across assigned units
