• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour day shifts
• Schedule: 4 shifts per week
• Hours Per Week: 36
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,110 - $2,220
• Setting: Labor & Delivery / OB Nursing / Women's Health

Job Requirements

• Active New York RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) certification required
• OR and triage experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity obstetrics environment

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum patients across varying levels of acuity
• Collaborate closely with physicians, OB providers, and the interdisciplinary care team to support safe, patient-centered outcomes
• Deliver compassionate Labor & Delivery nursing care that supports both patients and families throughout the childbirth experience
• Float among OB units as needed to meet changing patient volume and acuity demands
• Adapt quickly to different workflows, competencies, and modes of care across the obstetrics service line
• Maintain a high standard of clinical excellence, professionalism, and teamwork in a travel RN role
