• Documentation System: Meditech experience required
• Floating: As needed

Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience
• Meditech experience required
• Strong assessment, prioritization, and communication skills
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to changing patient needs
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to safe, compassionate inpatient care

Med/Surg RN Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to medical-surgical patients in an acute care setting
• Complete patient assessments and monitor for changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments according to orders and best practices
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
• Document care accurately and timely in the electronic health record
• Support patient safety, comfort, and positive clinical outcomes
• Float as needed based on unit and patient care needs
