Job Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
At least 1 year of recent PCU, step-down, telemetry, or acute care nursing experience
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, high-acuity environment
Comfortable caring for patients with complex medical and surgical needs

Responsibilities

Deliver safe, compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to PCU patients
Monitor patient status, interpret changes in condition, and escalate concerns appropriately
Administer medications and treatments according to nursing standards and physician orders
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support positive patient outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively during handoff and care transitions
Support patients and families with education, reassurance, and ongoing nursing guidance
