• Weekly Hours: 36 hours guaranteed
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,570 - $1,650
• Location: Nashville, TN area

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Department or ER nursing experience
• CPI certification in hand at the time of submission
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced emergency care setting
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient care skills
• Ability to work consistent night shifts and provide dependable coverage

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, efficient, and compassionate care to emergency room patients
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
• Respond quickly to urgent and emergent situations with sound clinical decision-making
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to support timely treatment and patient flow
• Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with clinical standards
• Support a positive patient experience in a high-acuity emergency department environment
