• Location: Cincinnati, OH 45255
• Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN)
• Shift: 10-hour day shifts
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,750 - $2,890
• On-Call: Required, including at least one weekday call shift and one or more weekend call shifts per month
• Start Date: 10/5/2026

Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio or compact licensure meeting assignment requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in telemetry, critical care, Cardiac Cath Lab, ER, or OR
• Experience scrubbing in for cardiac interventional procedures
• Current ARRT certification required
• BLS required prior to direct patient care
• ACLS preferred at hire and required within 6 months of hire
• Ability to respond to STEMI call backs within 30 minutes
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills

Cardiac Cath Lab RN Responsibilities

• Provide, coordinate, and evaluate patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab using the nursing process
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care
• Assist as scrub nurse and circulator during interventional and diagnostic procedures
• Support procedures such as cardiac caths, CTO interventions, pacemaker implants, Watchman procedures, ablations, TEE-guided procedures, and PE thrombectomies
• Monitor hemodynamic status and respond quickly to changing patient conditions
• Administer medications and conscious sedation in accordance with policy and clinical standards
• Participate in call coverage for urgent and emergency procedures, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure safe, efficient, patient-centered care
• Maintain a safe, professional, and compassionate environment for patients and families
