• Schedule: Night shift, 4x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00)
• Hours Per Week: 36
• Shifts Per Week: 4
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks with potential for extension
• Openings: 2
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,800 - $1,890
• Weekend Coverage: Required
• Orientation: Included prior to start
• Start Date: 10/12/2026

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience required
• BLS certification required
• Experience with IV starts required
• Ability to work comfortably in a 1:6 to 1:7 patient ratio environment
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• Must be willing to work nights and every other weekend
• Royal blue scrubs required
• Minimal time off requested for the assignment, especially around holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care to medical-surgical patients with orthopedic and neurological diagnoses
• Monitor patient status, assess changes, and respond promptly to clinical needs
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Perform IV starts and support routine bedside procedures
• Collaborate with physical therapy, respiratory services, radiology, pharmacy, social services, and rapid response teams
• Document patient care accurately and communicate effectively with the care team
• Maintain a patient-centered, compassionate approach in a fast-paced hospital setting
• Support safe, efficient care delivery across assigned shifts and weekend coverage
