• Shift Duration: 12-hour nights

• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,750-$1,840
• Start Date: 10/19/2026
• Weekend/Holiday Coverage: Every other weekend and every other holiday
• Float Requirement: Within skillset as needed

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in Maryland or compact state license, as applicable
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Room RN experience
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Recent experience in a busy Emergency Department with high annual visit volume
• Cerner EMR experience required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS
• Must successfully pass the Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with a minimum score of 80% overall and 100% on lethal rhythms
• Triage experience is required
• Strong prioritization, organization, and time-management skills
• Ability to provide care for patients across the lifespan, including pediatrics and adults

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
• Perform rapid assessments, triage, and prioritization of patient needs
• Manage a broad range of emergency nursing presentations across all age groups
• Provide interventions such as IV insertion, phlebotomy, dysrhythmia interpretation, and respiratory support management
• Care for ventilated patients and support BiPAP/CPAP management when needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support efficient patient flow and safe outcomes
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in the EMR
• Adapt to changing patient acuity while maintaining excellent clinical judgment
• Support a team-oriented environment focused on responsive, compassionate emergency care
