• Shift: 12-hour nights
• Schedule: 3 shifts per week, every other weekend required
• Weekly Hours: 36
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,020 - $2,130
• Start Date: 10/26/2026
• Orientation: 24 hours
• Float Requirement: Occasional floating if census drops
• Weekend Coverage: Required

Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license
• Minimum 2 years of cardiac telemetry experience required
• Epic charting experience required
• ACLS and BLS required
• NIHSS preferred
• IMC experience preferred
• Experience caring for adult and geriatric patients
• Comfortable working with patient ratios of 4:1 on days and 5:1 on nights
• Ability to work in a high-acuity telemetry and cardiovascular care environment
• Must meet compliance and fit-testing requirements prior to start

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality bedside care for telemetry patients with cardiac and medical-surgical needs
• Monitor, interpret, and respond to dysrhythmias and telemetry changes
• Care for patients recovering from CABG, valve repair, thoracotomy, and vascular procedures
• Support patients with post-MI care, respiratory failure, tracheostomy management, and renal failure
• Administer and manage IV therapies, IV insulin protocols, and heparin protocols as ordered
• Assist with chest tube care, wound care, feeding tube care, and oxygen therapy
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, coordinated patient care
• Float to care areas as needed based on patient census and unit needs
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation in Epic
• Promote a supportive, patient-centered care environment every shift
