Job Requirements

• Active Compact RN license or Alabama RN license
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of recent Registered Nurse experience
• Cerner experience preferred
• Availability to work night shifts and every other weekend
• Travelers must meet submission requirements and live more than 50 miles from the facility

• Monitor patient conditions, assess changes, and communicate concerns promptly
• Administer medications and treatments according to the plan of care
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support positive patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow facility standards and protocols
• Manage an average patient ratio of 6:1 while delivering high-quality care
