Travel RN Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,950–$2,060
• Location: Concord, New Hampshire
• Assignment Type: 13-week travel nursing assignment
• Start Date: October 12, 2026
• End Date: January 11, 2027
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts
• Schedule: 3 shifts per week; 36 hours guaranteed weekly
• Setting: Medical-surgical and telemetry nursing float pool
• Work Arrangement: On-site
• Additional Flexibility: Candidates may be asked to float to nearby facilities in Laconia or Franklin, New Hampshire.

Travel Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Active New Hampshire or Compact Registered Nurse license required at the time of submission
• At least 2 years of recent medical-surgical and/or telemetry nursing experience
• Critical care experience may be considered for nurses who are comfortable managing medical-surgical patient ratios and acuity
• Travel nursing experience preferred, with travel experience documented on the resume
• Current Nursys report and license verification for all active RN licenses
• Skills checklist aligned with the medical-surgical/telemetry specialty
• Strong patient assessment, prioritization, communication, and clinical documentation skills
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and fulfill a 36-hour weekly guarantee
• Cerner electronic medical record experience preferred but not required

Telemetry and Medical-Surgical RN Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients throughout the shift
• Monitor cardiac rhythms, vital signs, neurological status, and changes in patient condition
• Administer medications and treatments safely in accordance with established protocols
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care
• Collaborate with providers, therapists, nursing colleagues, patients, and families to support positive outcomes
• Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patient status and escalating care needs
• Complete accurate patient assessments, clinical documentation, handoffs, and discharge education
• Float between units or nearby assigned locations as needed while maintaining safe, adaptable patient care
