- Shift: 12-hour rotating day and night shifts

- Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly, excluding on-call hours

Medical-Surgical Telemetry RN Job Requirements
- Registered Nurse with current licensure and authorization to practice in Massachusetts
- At least 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical Telemetry RN experience
- Strong telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation skills
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Recent EPIC documentation experience required
- Ability to adapt to assignments across multiple hospital units
- Excellent communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skills
Travel Nurse Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult Medical-Surgical and Telemetry patients
- Monitor cardiac rhythms, recognize changes in patient condition, and escalate concerns appropriately
- Perform patient assessments, administer medications, and implement individualized plans of care
- Support patient care needs across multiple units within the hospital nursing float pool
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes accurately in EPIC
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members
- Provide patient and family education while promoting safety, comfort, and continuity of care
- Participate in effective handoffs and maintain compliance with clinical and patient safety standards
