Travel Nursing Job Details

• Position: Travel Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN)
• Assignment Type: Travel nursing assignment
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,560–$2,700
• Location: Lincoln City, Oregon
• Start Date: September 25, 2026
• Assignment End Date: December 25, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m., with rotating weekends
• Call Requirement: One 12-hour call shift per pay period
• Openings: 2
• Healthcare Setting: On-site Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) unit

Labor & Delivery RN Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery or LDRP nursing experience
• Current, unencumbered Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license required at submission
• Healthcare Provider BLS certification
• AHA ACLS certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Basic fetal monitoring competency
• Experience in triage, labor and delivery, postpartum, and nursery care
• Experience with gynecologic surgical care
• STABLE certification preferred
• Experience stabilizing high-risk neonates preferred

Travel Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum periods
• Care for newborns in the nursery and support families during the transition to parenthood
• Perform patient assessments, triage, fetal and maternal monitoring, documentation, and ongoing evaluation
• Apply fetal monitoring skills to identify changes in maternal or fetal status
• Support routine and high-risk deliveries while collaborating with providers and the multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Assist with stabilization and initial care of high-risk neonates
• Deliver safe, family-centered nursing care during gynecologic surgical procedures
• Participate in scheduled night shifts, rotating weekends, and required call coverage
