- Schedule: 12-hour day shifts, 6:45 a.m.-7:15 p.m.

ICU Registered Nurse Job Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license eligible for practice in North Carolina
- At least 1 year of recent ICU or critical-care nursing experience
- Strong patient assessment, clinical judgment, and critical-care monitoring skills
- Ability to provide safe, compassionate nursing care in a fast-paced intensive care environment
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, or ability to obtain it as required
ICU Nursing Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the intensive care unit
- Assess patient conditions, monitor for changes, and respond promptly to clinical needs
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Operate and monitor critical-care equipment while maintaining patient safety
- Document patient assessments, nursing interventions, and responses accurately and promptly
- Educate patients and families and support continuity of care throughout the patient stay
