Travel Nursing Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,020–$2,130

Telemetry RN Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license eligible for practice in Virginia
• At least 1 year of recent registered nursing experience, preferably in telemetry or acute-care nursing
• Strong knowledge of cardiac monitoring, rhythm recognition, and clinical escalation
• Ability to provide safe, compassionate patient care during 12-hour night shifts
• Strong patient assessment, communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Telemetry Registered Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to acute-care patients requiring continuous telemetry monitoring
• Assess patient conditions, identify changes in status, and communicate concerns promptly
• Interpret and respond appropriately to cardiac rhythms and monitored vital signs
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established orders and patient safety standards
• Collaborate with providers and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans, medications, procedures, and discharge needs
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic clinical documentation
