Travel Nursing Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910–$2,010

• Assignment End Date: February 6, 2027
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: 36 hours per week
• Shift Duration: 12-hour nights
• Shift Time: 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
• Weekend and Holiday Coverage: Every other weekend and every other holiday

Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license eligible for practice in Massachusetts
• At least 1 year of travel nursing experience
• Recent Medical/Surgical or comparable acute-care nursing experience
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, including alternating weekends and holidays
• Strong patient assessment, prioritization, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to remain calm, flexible, and safety-focused in a highly active clinical environment

Med/Surg Registered Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the ED PCS Boarder Program
• Care for patients in hallway spaces and designated bays while maintaining privacy, safety, and dignity
• Complete patient assessments, administer medications, monitor patient status, and communicate changes to the healthcare team
• Coordinate care across multiple clinical areas and efficiently locate required medications, supplies, and equipment
• Prioritize nursing care effectively in a setting with rapid patient turnover and a consistently high level of activity
• Document care accurately and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support positive patient outcomes
