Travel Nursing Job Details
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,610–$2,740
- Nursing Specialty: Labor & Delivery / LDRP Registered Nurse
- Location: Lincoln City, Oregon
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Start Date: October 2, 2026
- End Date: January 1, 2027
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Shift Duration: 12-hour night shifts
- Shift Schedule: 7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m., with rotating weekends
- Call Requirement: One 12-hour call shift per pay period
Labor & Delivery RN Job Requirements
- Current, unencumbered Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- At least 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery or LDRP nursing experience
- Clinical experience in triage, labor and delivery, postpartum, and nursery care
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification
- AHA ACLS certification
- NRP certification
- Basic fetal monitoring skills
- Experience with GYN surgical care preferred
- STABLE certification preferred
- Experience stabilizing high-risk neonates preferred
Travel RN Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate nursing care throughout labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and newborn care.
- Perform patient assessments, recognize changes in condition, and promptly escalate concerns.
- Support patients and families through triage, labor management, delivery, and postpartum recovery.
- Provide comprehensive newborn care in the nursery and support neonatal stabilization when needed.
- Apply fetal monitoring knowledge to assess fetal well-being and communicate findings to the care team.
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in a family-centered care environment.
- Participate in GYN surgical care and related clinical procedures as needed.
- Respond to scheduled call shifts and rotating weekend assignments while maintaining high standards of patient safety and clinical quality.
