Travel Nursing Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,250–$2,370

Emergency Room Registered Nurse Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Hawaii
• At least 1 year of recent Emergency Room or Emergency Department nursing experience
• Ability to provide safe, compassionate, patient-centered care across the lifespan
• Strong emergency nursing assessment, prioritization, communication, and critical-thinking skills
• Availability to work scheduled 12-hour day, evening, or night shifts

Emergency Department RN Responsibilities

• Deliver timely, evidence-based nursing care to Emergency Department patients of all ages
• Perform focused nursing assessments, support triage, and complete ongoing patient monitoring and reassessments
• Recognize changes in patient condition and escalate concerns promptly and appropriately
• Collaborate with emergency physicians, advanced practice providers, and the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate treatment
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established standards, protocols, and provider orders
• Provide emergency nursing care in both the main Emergency Department and fast-track areas
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, patient responses, care plans, and discharge instructions
• Promote a respectful, safe, and patient-centered emergency care environment
