Travel Nursing Job Details
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,360–$2,480
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks
- Start Date: October 5, 2026
- End Date: January 4, 2027
- Schedule: Variable day shifts with call; 12-hour rotating shifts
- Hours: 36 hours per week

Operating Room Registered Nurse Requirements
- At least 18 months of Registered Nurse experience
- Operating room or perioperative nursing experience preferred
- Associate degree or bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of nursing
- Active Montana Registered Nurse (RN) license
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Ability to work variable shifts, take call, and perform effectively in a busy, high-pressure operating room environment
- Preferred: Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification
- Preferred: At least 1 year of operating room circulating experience
- Preferred: At least 1 year of operating room scrub experience
Perioperative Nursing Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to surgical patients throughout the perioperative experience
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and identify diagnoses, clinical concerns, and individualized care needs
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care
- Support operating room procedures in circulating and scrub capacities according to competency and assignment
- Promote patient safety, infection prevention, and a safe surgical environment
- Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesia professionals, nursing staff, patients, families, and other members of the care team
- Provide patient and family education and maintain confidentiality at all times
- Follow applicable policies, procedures, protocols, professional standards, and regulatory requirements
- Participate in ongoing professional development and maintain current clinical knowledge
- Follow required protocols related to the care of patients with hyperacute and acute stroke, including designated stroke education
