Home Health RN Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,120–$2,230
• Healthcare Setting: Home health
• Location: Springdale, Arkansas, serving Washington and Benton Counties
• Start Date: October 12, 2026
• End Date: January 8, 2027
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: 8-hour day shifts; 40 hours per week, with on-call coverage
• On-Call Requirement: One day per week and one weekend per month
• Productivity Expectation: 30 points per week
• Dress Code: Royal blue scrubs

Home Health Registered Nurse Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arkansas
• Associate degree in nursing or higher
• At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience
• Previous home health nursing experience
• Experience with HCHB documentation
• Experience completing OASIS assessments
• Strong clinical assessment, care planning, and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a home health care team
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between patient visits

Home Health RN Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout Northwest Arkansas
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor changes in patient condition
• Complete accurate and timely OASIS assessments and clinical documentation in HCHB
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care
• Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders and established standards
• Educate patients and caregivers about disease management, medications, safety, and available resources
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, patients, and families
• Coordinate care and promote safe, effective transitions across the home health continuum
• Participate in scheduled on-call coverage, including one weekend per month
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, clinical quality, and patient-centered care
