Travel Nursing Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910–$2,010

Emergency Room RN Job Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license eligible for practice in Colorado
• At least 1 year of recent emergency department, acute care, critical access, or swing-bed nursing experience
• Ability to provide safe, compassionate care during overnight emergency department shifts
• Strong patient assessment, prioritization, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with providers and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Emergency Department Registered Nurse Responsibilities

• Assess, triage, and care for patients presenting to the emergency department
• Recognize changes in patient condition and respond promptly to urgent and emergent needs
• Administer medications and treatments, perform nursing procedures, and monitor patient responses
• Provide nursing care for patients admitted to swing-bed services
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up care
• Maintain a safe, organized, and patient-centered environment throughout each night shift
