Requirements for submission:
1. Active license in the state(s) of practice
2. Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a clinical setting
3. BLS/CPR certification (additional certifications may be required based on specialty)
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to adapt to different healthcare settings and work collaboratively in a team environment
6. Flexibility to travel and work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
7. Commitment to providing compassionate care and upholding ethical standards

•Pediatricians do not lay eyes on patients in appropriate time •pediatricians expect RNs to put in orders w/o laying eyes on patient(s) •Peds unit has no pediatric policies &/or guidelines for RNs to follow •management expects travelers to take on inappropriate patient assignments (I.e. mothers on postpartum unit)
