Description

This is a Level 1 Trauma Center serving a population of all ages. Respiratory Therapy provides care to all patients throughout the facility. We support patients in 4 different ICUs, floors and ER. Providing high quality service in the form of nebulized medications, non-invasive and invasive ventilation, bronchopulmonary hygiene, and performing arterial blood gases. Our Shifts have a designated Charge and a transport/resource therapist in addition to our scheduled staff. We work in collaboration with all other units within the hospital as a team. Travelers are required to work "up to 6" weekend shifts in a 6-week schedule period. Holiday will be requirements based on department needs
