Outpatient Clinic Physical Therapist
*$5,000 sign on bonus*
Schedule: Monday - Friday (8a - 4:30p or 7:30a - 4p)

• 2+ years of Physical Therapist experience required 
• Rehab, outpatient/inpatient, LTC, or acute PT experience required 
• MUST have experience with geriatric patients
