Compensation: $31.00-$51.00 per hour

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $40,000 (paid over time with no repayment obligation)

Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000 based on mileage

Additional Earnings Opportunities:

• Decline benefits and PTO and receive a 30% increase to your base hourly rate
• Evening Differential: +$3.30/hr
• Night Differential: +$6.00/hr
• Weekend Differential: +$10.00/hr
• Holiday Pay: Additional 50% of base rate
• Shift differentials may be combined when applicable

Position Overview

A leading nonprofit healthcare organization is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join its Telemetry/Progressive Care team. This fast-paced unit cares for patients with acute and chronic cardiac conditions, medical-surgical diagnoses, and those requiring continuous cardiac monitoring.

This is an excellent opportunity for Telemetry, PCU, or Med/Surg nurses looking to expand their cardiac expertise while working in a collaborative environment that supports professional growth and advancement.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of acute care nursing experience required
• Previous Telemetry, PCU, or cardiac nursing experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
