Neurosciences ICU Registered Nurse | Up to $20K Sign-On + Relocation

Sign-On Bonus: Choose $15,000 (3-year commitment) or $20,000 (4-year commitment). Eligible RNs may choose this bonus or up to $25,000 in tuition loan assistance.

Position Overview

A nationally recognized Magnet hospital is seeking Neurosciences ICU Registered Nurses to join its recently remodeled 10-bed Neuro ICU. As part of an Advanced Thrombectomy-Capable Stroke Center, you'll care for complex neurological and neurosurgical patients using advanced technology while collaborating with an expert multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

Assess and provide critical care to neuro ICU patients
Administer medications and advanced therapies
Monitor neurological status and respond to changes
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Educate patients and families
Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Requirements

Active RN license
Associate Degree in Nursing or higher
BLS certification
ICU or critical care experience preferred
Strong critical thinking and communication skills
