Hospice RN Clinical Director

Location: Philadelphia, PA
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Direct Hire
Shift: Days | Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

Compensation

$100,000 - $130,000 annually

Paid On-Call Compensation
Paid for On-Call Visits

Lead a growing hospice team focused on expanding patient census while providing exceptional end-of-life care. The Clinical Director oversees clinical operations, supports case management staff, and ensures high-quality patient care. RN Case Managers maintain a caseload of approximately 14-16 patients per week with 3-5 visits per day.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily clinical operations of the hospice program
Lead, mentor, and support hospice clinical staff
Drive census growth while maintaining quality patient care
Ensure compliance with regulatory and clinical standards
Participate in the on-call rotation for a few weeknights each month (weekend call covered by dedicated weekend team)

Requirements:

Active RN license
Minimum 1 year of hospice leadership experience as a Clinical Director required
May consider candidates with 2+ years of hospice leadership experience as a Clinical Manager
Previous hospice experience required
Experience with WellSky/Consolo EMR preferred (training provided); future transition to HCHB planned
