Description
ICU/MSU Assistant Supervisor RN / 5+ years ICU experience required / 3+ years Charge/Lead experience / Inpatient Dialysis experience required / Experience with staff scheduling, staff orientation, Joint Commission readiness, infection prevention, and medication/narcotic safety / Proven competency in all ICU areas / CCRN required; TNCC preferred / BLS, ACLS & PALS (AHA) required / NRP required within 6 months of hire / AZ RN license or compact license required / Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN strongly preferred / Days, 8-hour shifts / 40 guaranteed hours/week / 13-week contract / Critical Access Hospital experience / Must be comfortable with charge nurse/team leadership, critical care, arterial lines, CVP monitoring, cardiac rhythms, ventilators, emergency/code response, infection prevention, and floating as needed / Navajo language or familiarity with Navajo culture preferred / Housing options available, including on-site shared housing, Navajoland Inn, and single units in Gallup, NM.
