Experience: Minimum 1–2 years recent Rehab (IRF experience)
License: Active RN state license required
Certifications Required:
BLS Certification
ACLS 
Experience caring for:
Stroke patients
Orthopedic recovery
Neurological and spinal cord injury patients
Post-surgical rehab patients
Must be comfortable with:
Medication administration
Patient mobility and transfers
Care planning and interdisciplinary teamwork
High patient interaction and rehab-focused care
EMR experience (Epic/Cerner/Meditech)
Strong communication, teamwork, and patient education skills required.
