3x12 hrs, Nights

Minimum 2+ years recent Med Surg experience / CERTIFICATIONS – BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA) Required (NIHSS & TNCC preferred if ER exposure) / LICENSE – Active RN License Required / Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts (7p–7a), 36 hrs/week, every 3rd weekend + holiday rotation, 13 weeks / Setting: Acute Care – Med Surg (Critical Access Hospital) / EMR: MEDITECH / Patient Ratio: 1:5 (20-bed unit) / Skills: Strong assessments, medication administration, infusion pumps, titration of drips (Insulin, Heparin, Levophed, Amiodarone), telemetry monitoring (read & document strips), teamwork & reliability / Float: Required to float to ER as needed / Equipment: Hamilton C1 ventilator (CPAP/BiPAP, high-flow; nurses manage respiratory care) / Support: CNAs & PCTs available (VS, ADLs, I&O), charge nurse 24/7 (no patient assignment) / Scheduling: Manager-driven (block scheduling possible, 6 weeks in advance) / Additional: First-time travelers accepted, ER experience preferred, no on-call / PAY IS NEGOTIABLE!
