Description

Minimum 3-year recent Labor & Delivery experience / CERTIFICATIONS – BLS, NRP (Required) / LICENSE – Active RN license required at submission / Schedule: Days, 12s, 36 hrs/week, 13 weeks (Every other weekend, holidays as needed) / Unit: LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum) – Acute Care / EMR: EPIC / Ratios: 1:3 (Postpartum), 1:1 (Laboring Patients) / Drips: Pitocin, Magnesium, Procardia (RNs titrate) / Orientation: 1 week classroom + 2–3 floor shifts (Pass/Fail open-book exam; 90% required) / Additional: 15 LDRP beds (400 births/year), Blue Distinction+ unit, Breastfeeding-friendly, No routine floating, No call required / Radius Rule: 50 miles (No current CommonSpirit/CHI/Dignity employment) / Driver’s license required at submittal / Artificial nails prohibited / RTO must be submitted upfront (max 7 days) / PAY IS NEGOTIABLE!
