Description
LPN / Minimum 2 years acute care experience required / Medically Ready for Discharge Unit (RDU) – Med Surg / Works under RN supervision providing direct patient care, discharge-focused assessments, patient education, documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams / Must hold current Oregon LPN license and BLS / Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts; 36 hours/week; every other weekend required / Duration: 13 weeks / Start: 02/24/2026 / Location: Klamath Falls, OR
