Description
• Active OREGON RN license preffred. OR license not required at time of submittal
**The facility is willing to request a 90 Day Emergency License**
• 2+ years of RN PACU experience required.
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC), WOCN
• Valid driver’s license, Skill checklist.
• Two supervisor or manager references from the past year
Shift & Contract:
• Day shift , 3 x 12 36hr GWW ,Days 5/8s - Varied Start Times - mgr will discuss during phone interview
•Float required PACU - floating into Pre-op
• 13-week contract initial duration
Traveler Requirement:
• To qualify as a traveler, the address on the driver’s license must be at least 50 miles from the facility location: Roseburg, OR.
