Minimum 2+ years recent LTC/SNF experience / CERTIFICATIONS – BLS (Required) / LICENSE – Active RN license required at submission / Schedule: Nights, 12s, 36 hrs/week, 13 weeks (Every Other Weekend; first to float) / Unit: Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility (26 beds) / EMR: MatrixCare / Ratios: Days 1:10, Nights 1:19 / Common Cases: Heart disease, diabetes, dementia / Skills: Medication administration, wound care, charge nurse responsibilities / Additional: No IVs or titratable drips, no tele, no call or floating, physician on-call by phone, RTO required upfront (max 7 days) / PAY IS NEGOTIABLE!
