Description
Minimum 2+ years recent CVOR RN experience / CERTIFICATIONS – BLS (AHA) Required (ACLS preferred) / LICENSE – Active RN License Required (DL required; must be within 60-mile radius) / Schedule: Days, 10-hour shifts (6:30a–5p), 40 hrs/week, 13 weeks / Setting: Acute Care – Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) / EMR: EPIC / Skills: Open heart and/or endovascular experience required, scrubbing (RN must scrub in to assist with procedures, hold heart, and chest closure), strong intraoperative skills / Cases: Open heart, TAVR, thoracic, endovascular (1–2 hearts/day, ~30 cases/day total OR volume) / Call: 1 weekday/week + 1 weekend/month (Fri–Sun rotation), 30-min response time (call room available) / Support: OR techs available, charge nurse support / Floating: To General OR as needed; possible float within system facilities in extreme need / Scheduling: Manager-driven (shift negotiable) / Orientation: 1 week (must be in-state for orientation week) / Additional: Scrubs provided (light blue), 16 OR suites (3 CVOR) / PAY IS NEGOTIABLE!
